Kohler and The Precisionists, Inc. Launch Neurodiversity Employment Partnership .

Kohler, WI (August 17, 2026) –Kohler – a global leader in bold design and innovation of kitchen and bath products, wellness products and services, and luxury hospitality and championship golf – announces the launch of a neurodiversity employment partnership with The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI), a Wilmington, Delaware-based IT and business services company focused on employment for neurodiverse adults. This innovative employment program will leverage the expertise of TPI’s workforce, who are impacted by autism and other neurodiversities, to deliver services supporting Kohler’s key business processes and driving operational excellence.

In the initial engagement, TPI will support Kohler’s shared services payroll organization. TPI will be responsible for capturing, validating, and submitting employee time data while helping ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Throughout the engagement, TPI consultants will receive ongoing leadership, training, and operational support from a TPI service delivery leader, providing consistent oversight and enabling high-quality service delivery.
