Eaton and TPI join to employ neurodiverse adults in information technology .
Cleveland, OH (January 10, 2022) – Global power management company Eaton and The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI), a Wilmington, Delaware-based organization focused on employment for adults with disabilities, are joining forces to leverage the talents of neurodiverse adults to address critical business needs in Eaton’s information technology organization.
Individuals taking part in the pilot program will be identified, assessed, trained, and employed by The Precisionists. They will conduct project-based work for Eaton’s cybersecurity and user rights provisioning (access management) groups. While supporting Eaton’s business functions, TPI consultants will also receive ongoing direction, training, and support from their TPI project leader.
