The State of Tennessee Recognizes The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI) With 2023 Inclusive Employer Award .
On January 10, 2024, the State of Tennessee’s Department of Human Resources announced the recipients of the 2023 Tennessee Employment First Inclusive Employer Awards. TPI is honored to be included as one of the recipients of this award.
The purpose of this annual award is to recognize businesses, employers and state agencies that are dedicated to the recruitment, hiring, advancement and retention of people with disabilities in the State of Tennessee. To be considered for this recognition, TPI had to demonstrate that it provides outstanding contributions and practices that improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities and provide competitive and integrated employment for people with disabilities. TPI is grateful to have been nominated for this award by Dr. Keivan Stassun, Director, Vanderbilt University’s Frist Center for Autism and Innovation.
TPI is focused on delivering world-class IT and business services to its clients in Nashville such as, Vanderbilt University, UBS, Cat Financial, HCA Healthcare and Dollar General, through its best practices and proactive engagement of its talented neurodiverse and neurotypical consultants. In September 2023, TPI announced its commitment to creating over 500 career-based positions for neurodiverse jobseekers in Nashville over the next decade.
Congratulations to the organizations that share this recognition with TPI for their efforts in inclusive employment, including Freed-Hardeman University, Holiday Inn-Nashville Vanderbilt, Manchester/Coffee County Conference Center, Muse Knoxville; and to the Tennessee State Departments of Intellectual & Development Disabilities, Human Resources, Human Services, and Safety and Homeland Security!
