Ernest (Ernie) Dianastasis is Founder and CEO of The Precisionists, Inc., a global administrative services and information technology company focused on employing over 10,000 neurodiverse people over the next 5-10 years.
Ernie Dianastasis is Founder and CEO of The Precisionists, Inc., a global administrative services and information technology company focused on employing over 10,000 neurodiverse people over the next 5-10 years.
In this role, Ernie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company, which is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, but is national in its focus. Creating meaningful careers for people with disabilities while at the same time delivering world class service to customers is a passion for Ernie.
Prior to this Ernie was a senior executive at the IT company CAI, and he grew the Delaware Valley operation from 1 to 1,400+ associates, making CAI one of the three largest IT firms in the Delaware Valley (The Philadelphia Business Journal, 2013, 2014 & 2015). Ernie also initiated CAI’s operations in Shanghai, China, which opened in 2005.
In addition to being a successful business leader and entrepreneur, Ernie has a passion for the community and is extremely active within the region.
Ernie is Chairman of First State Innovation; a private sector led non-profit initiative to foster a more entrepreneurial environment in Delaware. As Chairman of a 20-person board representing the private, public and academic sectors, he is the driving force behind this effort to accelerate the growth of Delaware’s entrepreneurial economy. First State Innovation is closely aligned with the Council on Competitiveness in Washington, D.C., to which Ernie also belongs. Ernie also serves on the Board of Directors of the University City Science Center, which is the first and largest urban research park in the country, located in Philadelphia, PA.
He has been a member of The Delaware Business Roundtable since 2001 and currently serves on the executive committee. He is a member of the Delaware State Chamber Board of Governors and also serves as the Chairman of the State of Delaware’s Vision Coalition effort focusing on improving the future of public education in Delaware. He also serves on the boards of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and Select Greater Philadelphia’s Strategic Operating Committee. He has also served from 2009-2012 on the Board of Leadership Delaware. Ernie also served on The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Economic Advisory Council from 2013 to 2016. In 2011 Ernie was recognized by the Delmarva Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America as Citizen of the Year.
In April 2016 Ernie joined the Board of Directors of Pepco Holdings, Inc., a major public energy company which includes Potomac Electric Power, Delmarva Power and Atlantic City Electric under its umbrella of companies.
Ernie and The Precisionists are involved in a number of local charitable causes. He is a board member and former Chairman of the Board for Easter Seals of Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. He is also former Chairman of the Board for Saint Edmond’s Academy, an independent, Catholic school for boys in Wilmington, DE. Ernie also served for two years as a Board member of Specialisterne USA, a global non-profit firm focused on employing over 1 million people on the Autism spectrum into technology jobs.
Prior to joining CAI Ernie was with the IBM Corporation. He earned a B.S. degree in Finance and an M.B.A. in Management from Lehigh University, and remains active in supporting numerous university initiatives.
Ernie and his wife Jennifer reside in Wilmington, Delaware, with their two children, John and Paisley.
Susan Duerr
Delivery Director
Susan Duerr joined TPI in February 2021 as Director of Delivery. Initially, she will oversee all aspects of Delivery for our existing customers in the Delaware Valley and Ohio locations.

Sue brings over 20 years of IT Consulting experience, many of which she performed as an Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager where she oversaw a Fortune 100 account with over 80 people. She also performed Project Audit and Transition Management functions for several years. In this function, she performed Portfolio Management & Prioritization, Project Financial QA, Customer Satisfaction Programs, Mentored Project Leaders on IT Best Practices, championed initiatives such as Six Sigma and ITIL, and performed Risk Management and Remediation. In her most recent role at JPMorgan Chase, she was a Vice President in the JPMorgan Wealth Management Controls organization. Sue is a people person and a strong leader which compliments her Delivery, Process Management, and IT skills, all of which will greatly assist our business as we continue to grow.
Sue is a past board member of the Chadds Ford Historical Society and currently resides in Chadds Ford, PA with her husband Todd. Her grown children Brad and Natalie reside in the Philadelphia area.
Sue earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Bloomsburg University.
Patricia Pfarrer
Director of Marketing Programs and Community Engagement
Patti has more than 28 years of experience in the business services/IT industry. As the Director of Marketing Programs and Community Engagement for TPI, she manages corporate marketing initiatives and events, speaking engagements, social media, print media and external communications.
Patti has more than 28 years of experience in the business services/IT industry. As the Director of Marketing Programs and Community Engagement for TPI, she manages corporate marketing initiatives and events, speaking engagements, social media, print media and external communications.
Patti has been with TPI since its founding in 2016, and began as the Director of Training Programs. In that role she was responsible for assessing and preparing diversely-abled candidates for entry into career opportunities based on their individual motivation, skill sets and demonstrated workforce readiness.
Prior to joining The Precisionists, Patti spent 22 years working for Computer Aid, Inc. As the Executive Assistant to the Regional Managing Director, Patti organized both client and internal planning meetings and events, as well as, managed various marketing campaigns to both prospective and contracted clients. She also assisted the director with responsibilities and communications related to his role as chairman of several state-wide boards. In addition, she launched the company’s regional community outreach program, and was the committee’s founding chairperson. During her tenure, she completed the company’s Green Team leadership program in 1997, attended the Region 3 Excellence Symposiums in 2003 and 2004, and received the President’s Award in 2005.
Patti has been involved with and held leadership roles for several philanthropic initiatives, namely, the Eagles Autism Challenge, the Easterseals Walk With Me event, the American Heart Association Heart Walk, the Easterseals Volleyball Challenge, Special Olympics of Delaware’s Polar Bear Plunge, YMCA’s Corporate Cup, and Richardson Park Elementary School’s Mentor and Pencil Pal Programs. She formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors for Sussex County Habitat for Humanity.
She is a Leadership Delaware Fellow from the 2012 class. Leadership Delaware, Inc., is a leadership development program, whose mission is to recruit and mentor outstanding young Delawareans who have the capacity, desire and courage to seek and excel at community, nonprofit, political, professional, and corporate leadership. During the 10-month program Patti participated in a series of issue-oriented forums and experiences, led by the most influential leaders in the state, and gained the knowledge and tools necessary to make a positive impact in her community.
Patti earned her B.S. in Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
Kendal Reynolds

Kendal joined the TPI Team in 2016 as the HR and Operations Director and has over 20 years of experience providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth and stable organizations. Her broad business experience includes talent acquisition, policy design, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, organizational and leadership development, and management.

Her broad business experience includes talent acquisition, policy design, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, organizational and leadership development, and management. She has experience industries including technology, professional services, and retail.
While working for a large IT Services company Kendal was a member of the senior leadership team were she had significant responsibility as the Director of Recruiting, HR, Finance and Operations. Her work and leadership spanned several functions in the daily operations of the organization that included 1,400+ Associates in the Delaware Valley. She managed a team of up to 8 IT Recruiters to attract and retain top talent to meet Fortune 500 client needs. In recent years, Kendal expanded her responsibilities and focused on the administration and oversight of the Finance and Administration Team to strengthen financial performance through accountability and process. In 2013, Kendal oversaw the relocation of the regional headquarters and build out of a new Innovation and Technology Center in a 50,000 sq.ft. world class facility.
Kendal was recognized with the President’s Award, she completed a company sponsored Leadership program and attended the Region 3 Excellence Symposiums. Prior to her career in IT, Kendal was the sole proprietor of The Picket Fence in Stone Harbor, NJ, a home furnishings and gift store.
She is a Leadership Delaware Fellow from the 2010 class. The mission of Leadership Delaware, Inc. (LDI) is to develop outstanding professionals through an intensive 10-month program focused on leadership development program focused on integrity, vision, knowledge, and develops leaders who will make a positive impact within their communities and careers.
Kendal is active in the community where she lives and has focused on land preservation, establishment of the Pennsbury Township Bark Park and currently serves as the Board President of the Chadds Ford Historical Society.
Kendal earned her B.S. in Political Science from Ithaca College, NY.
Diane Shea
Director, Solution Consulting
In her role as Solution Consulting Director for TPI, Diane brings 30 years of Information Technology and Project management experience to The Precisionists’ mission to bridge the employment divide for individuals with diverse abilities. She is responsible for assessing new project situations in order to identify projects that are a good fit for this program.
In her role as Solution Consulting Director for TPI, Diane brings 30 years of Information Technology and Project management experience to The Precisionists’ mission to bridge the employment divide for individuals with diverse abilities. Diane was a member of the founding Executive Leadership Team for TPI as the Delivery Director. In that role she was responsible for assessing new project situations in order to identify projects that are a good fit for this program. She was also responsible for developing solid project teams, processes and support to execute the project work. Additionally, she was responsible for managing the projects and resources to ensure quality work, supported teams, great productivity and satisfied customers.
Prior to TPI, she worked for CAI (Computer Aid, Inc.) for 17 years. At CAI, she held positions in Software Design and Development, Project Management, Quality Management and Process Management/Maturity, including ISO and SEI Capability Maturity Model programs. She completed the Green Team leadership program, was a member of the R3C regional leadership team, and served as Quality Director for the region.
Beginning in 2013, Diane focused on the development and implementation of a model to enable individuals on the autism spectrum to find meaningful work in Information Technology. She partnered with Thorkil Sonne and Specialisterne, Inc. to reach a significantly underserved labor market, and to help create job opportunities and life opportunities for these capable individuals. During this time, she developed and managed multiple successful projects employing autistic adults to perform work in state government, as well as the financial services, education and pharmaceutical industries.
She began her IT career working for PAR Business Systems, developing, implementing and supporting applications for small businesses.
Diane is active in her church and school communities, and has served in many volunteer and leadership roles in her church, at her children’s school and in community choral and theatre organizations in the area. She has served as the Choral director for the Vocal Impact Youth Choir, Junior Choir and Children’s Choir in her church over the last 12 years, and has served as Production Manager and Assistant for the Church Youth Musical, now in its 11th year.
Diane earned her B.S. in Mathematics at Dickinson College, PA.
