The Precisionists, Inc. Named 2025 Outstanding Neurodiversity Workplace Initiative
On Tuesday, November 4, the College Autism Network named The Precisionists, Inc. as its 2025 Outstanding Neurodiversity Workplace Initiative. The award was announced in Pittsburgh at the College Autism Summit, a national conference with 300 professionals and students in attendance.
Founded in 2016 by Ernie Dianastasis, TPI focuses its efforts in support of two goals: delivering high quality business/IT services and creating meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. Setting an ambitious goal of creating 10,000 jobs for neurodivergent candidates, TPI recruits and supports professionals who work on significant IT and business projects at employers that include businesses as diverse as M&T Bank, UBS, and Delmarva Power. Demonstrating a high retention rate of employees, TPI has grown from its original location in Delaware to establish a presence in Nashville, Philadelphia, Cleveland and Phoenix, and has become a model for organizations making a difference in neurodiversity employment.
Dr. Keivan Stassun, Director of Vanderbilt University’s Frist Center for Autism and Innovation, enthusiastically supports CAN’s recognition of TPI. “TPI is now the nation’s largest business services company fueled by neurodiversity, providing a unique model that offers meaningful employment for individuals spanning a spectrum of skills and support needs. TPI continues to move into a number of communities, bringing hope to individuals and their families that employment opportunities are available.”
CAN recognizes and applauds the many ways the leaders of The Precisionists, Inc. generously share their experiences and vision with others seeking to create more neuroinclusive environments.
The College Autism Network is a national nonprofit organization that links varied stakeholders engaged in evidence-guided efforts to improve access, experiences and outcomes for autistic college students. Founded in 2016, CAN supports research, training and advocacy with a goal of helping colleges and universities improve their services to autistic students.
