In 2022, The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI) launched a neurodiversity employment program to provide business support services as part of a pilot program at HCA Healthcare. The program’s goal was to leverage the talents of a team of neurodiverse adults from TPI’s workforce to work in HCA Healthcare’s Information Technology Group (ITG). The HCA ITG leaders who are participating in the pilot project have shared their experience in working with TPI’s team. Please read their comments below.

"Our department has had the pleasure and honor of partnering with The Precisionist Incorporated (TPI) over the past 18 months learning about the benefits of weaving neurodiversity associates into our team. We welcomed two associates into our team in mid-2022 and the program was so successful that we added two additional associates to our team this year. The TPI leadership team provides fantastic support. They facilitated several training programs for our leaders as well as the colleagues that work day-to-day with the TPI associates. We have a TPI sponsored program director that is engaged with our team and our neurodiverse associates all throughout each work day. Each month we participate in a monthly operating review to learn about the associates’ growth as individuals as well as the contributions they are making to our performance metrics. From a metrics perspective, we have learned that the TPI associates come up to speed in about 90 days and then continue to add value as they learn more about the way we work.
